THE WHEELCHAIRS HAVE ARRIVED AT KUMI HOSPITAL

Perfect timing for the container to arrive with the wheelchairs and mobility aids which are now offloaded and stored in the Orthopaedic Workshop awaiting the arrival of the fourteen-strong Wheels for the World team to come on 6 February. The staff and hospital Administration have been involved with the arrangements from the start and we thank them for their dedication. It has been an excellent example of teamwork across the continents and I look forward to seeing the happy faces of the children with their disabilities and their parents' smiling faces as they leave the hospital with the child no longer needing to be carried.
